What is a lifestyle manager?
A lifestyle manager is someone to whom you delegate your ‘to-do’ list. Where possible, you will have the same lifestyle manager from the day you join.

Why do I need a lifestyle manager?
Whether you are a busy executive or an over-worked housewife, Modo can arrange your life so you have more free time to spend with your family and friends.

Is my area covered by Modo?
Modo currently covers Manchester and Cheshire. If you are unsure of coverage in your area, please call; 01625 423960.

Is there anything you won’t do?
Within reason, Modo will do everything in their power to assist you with your requirements - as long as it is legal.

How much will it cost me?
There isn’t an initial joining fee however we do charge for monthly membership. We then charge you for time used (see Private Membership/Breakdown of Charges).

How do I pay for the services?
Your monthly membership fee will be paid by standing order. You will receive a weekly invoice for time and services used.

What does my membership fee get me?
Your membership fee entitles you and one other nominated person to use Modo's services. You will also be entitled to the Calendar Service.

What if I want to cancel my membership?
Your membership is a rolling 1 month contract. If for any reason, you wish to cancel your membership, all we ask for is 4 weeks notice.
